milk

i think i need more calcium; that's why i've been feeling like a grandma. i think.  so i'm going to start drinking milk at lunch or dinner and start taking calcium supplements that mom gave me but i forget about.

here are some phots of the finger.

haven't heard anything on that job yet.  hope to soon.  went back to work today after 5 days and i had all of their laundry to do.  that was fun.

markli comes tomorrow and we will have tons of fun.  she's here for pk retreat though so we won't be together all of the time.  i'm making mom's potato soup at amanda and westie's tomorrow night.  it will be delish!

welp, that's all for tonight.  have a good day/night.

Got two words for you:
SOY MILK

Okay actually, I've got six words for you:
Vanilla Silk Soy Milk
and
Gross Finger

Soy milk is way better for you and I think once you get used to it that it tastes pretty good, too. Anyhow, like the Reading Rainbow guy says, "Don't take my word for it."

two words for you..."lactose intolerant"...(bean is, that is), that bean.

four more words for you..."soy milk is gross"...though not bad to use as a creamer in coffee or tea. I've actually heard numerous times that soy isn't as good for you as they used to think, not to sound like a "know it all," but i watch my fair share of Dr. Oz on Oprah, the man is a genius.

However...try a B complex vitamin-it really is for energy, etc. Calcium--not so much, mostly just for stronger bones, etc. i had to use the B vitamin when I was preg.-worked wonders. The other thing, not to sound like mom, go to bed earlier. sleep is the wonder drug. really and truly. WA is an easy place to sleep, it's dark and rainy...maybe to should come here :)

maybe I should keep writing you novels for comments.
